The Urofill® technique is ideal for anyone who wants ‘a little more’ or who experiences minor anxiety related to overall penis size– provided they have realistic expectations.
We help men who want increased penile girth and their partners who desire the same. -
Dr. Alan McCool, our board certified urologist, uses a dermal filler in a series of simple, office-based injections to increase penile girth based on patient preference.
The dermal filler, Urofill® (a patented technique), is similar to tissue enhancement fillers used on the face, neck and other areas. Injections are done under local anesthesia and the patient can return to work immediately after the procedure without restrictions.
Most patients may resume sexual intercourse after 72 hours. -
Because penile length varies, girth increases also vary. Most men experience approximately 0.25” to 0.5” of girth gain per staged injection using 2-6cc’s of filler.
The staging process gives you the ability to achieve your desired goal gradually– allowing for proportional and refined enhancements.
Minor asymmetry can occur, which is why sculpting is an important part of the process. -
While some men aim for dramatic change, most report great satisfaction within the 15 to 25 unit range. The national average UroFill® treatment is 17.2 units.
This range delivers:Noticeable yet natural enhancement
Comfortable sexual function
Aesthetic satisfaction
Anatomically safe and balanced results
High patient-reported confidence.
-
A small reduction (~10%) in initial gains during the first month is normal.
This is caused by:Dissipation of local anesthetic
Resolution of temporary post-injection swelling
Beyond this expected early change, further reduction is minimal. Clinical data shows ~90% girth retention at 4 years when performed using the standardized UroFill® technique.
-
The procedure is performed in-office and takes about 20 minutes.
-
A small amount of local anesthetic is used for comfort.
Most patients are able to drive themselves home immediately following the procedure. -
Leave the loosely applied post-procedure gauze wrap in place for 24 hours to minimize bruising. Use over-the-counter anti-bruising cream and/or pills to reduce bruising.
-
Wait at least 72 hours before engaging in any sexual contact.

Common, expected effects include:

Early modeling (without additional injections) may also be performed if desired.
-
Yes. With the help of Dr. McCool, you should be able to accomplish almost any look you desire.
The biophysical properties of UroFill® closely resemble the soft tissues of the penis, making results feel natural to both you and your partner.
-
You may find some areas to be more prominent than others after the first or any subsequent round of injections. You have two solutions:
Modeling – Within one week of treatment, gentle manipulation of the filler may help correct small areas of unevenness.
Sculpting – After two weeks, an additional round of UroFill® can be used to refine symmetry, add volume, and correct irregularities.
Across hundreds of patients and thousands of injections, only a small number requested reduction of girth, which is easily performed with a simple in-office injection.
No patient has ever requested complete removal of UroFill®.
