Personalized Penile Girth Enhancement Pricing
UroFill® penile girth enhancement is performed using a staged, customized approach. Treatment is priced per unit of filler, allowing each plan to be tailored to your anatomy, goals, and desired level of enhancement.
At ICONA for Him, all procedures are performed by Alan McCool, MD, FACS, a board-certified urologist and certified UroFill® provider.
How UroFill® Pricing Works
1–10 units: $600 per unit
11+ units: $550 per unit
Most men undergo treatment over multiple visits to allow for gradual, controlled enhancement and more natural-looking results.

What Do Different Treatment Amounts Mean?
Every patient is different, but the following examples can help provide general expectations for treatment planning and visible enhancement.
4 Units: The minimum amount typically recommended for noticeable improvement in both appearance and feel. A good place to start for men who prefer a more gradual approach or want to begin conservatively.
6 Units: The maximum number of units typically performed in a single visit. This level often produces a significant and easily visible improvement in girth while still maintaining a natural appearance.
10 Units: Often considered the most popular long-term treatment goal for many men. This level generally provides visibly noticeable increases in girth and is commonly achieved over two to three visits.
20+ Units: Designed for men seeking a more substantial enhancement. Results at this level are typically achieved gradually over four to five staged treatments, allowing for proportional, natural-looking increases in girth over time.
